In the fall of 1949, beneath the flickering gas lamps outside Longstreet Theatre, students claimed they saw a pale, wide-eyed figure crawling from a campus sewer, clutching bones and muttering in a voice no one could understand. He vanished before help arrived, but the stains on the steps never quite washed away. Since then… he’s been watching.

In 1951, two workers entered the steam tunnels beneath USC and came face to face with something impossible — the Gamecock Creeper, crouched in the dark, gnawing bones beneath hissing pipes. This chilling encounter cemented the legend… and confirmed he never left.

Two years ago in Chapin, the Gamecock Creeper emerged from the woods and snatched a golden retriever puppy named Goldy. But the brave Dunne siblings, Finn and Sloane, entered the steam tunnels to confront the creature, and brought their best friend home. This chilling tale deepens the Creeper’s legend... and proves he's still watching.
